4th Of July In Kansas City??

Here are the best places to be this weekend!!!  

KC Riverfest 2019

The KC Riverfest is the premiere destination for your Independence Day celebration! Located at the Richard L. Berkley Riverfront, the KC Riverfest 4th of July celebration has become a famous tradition throughout the years. The celebration lasts from 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. Tickets are only $5 and children 12 and under get in for free!

  


Fireworks At Corporate Woods

This exciting event is the largest fireworks display in the KC metro!! Thousands of people attend each year to enjoy fireworks, music, and activities for the children. And don't worry - there is plenty of grass space for blankets and lawn chairs.  

4th of July Celebration - Leawood

The city of Leawood puts on quite the show for 4th of July! Join the community this 4th of July for games, food vendors, music, and of course, fireworks! Don't worry  about parking - free shuttle buses will be running from the west side of Tomahawk Creek Parkway to City Park starting at 10:00 am.

Village Fest

Village Fest is a huge 4th of July celebration that hosts a day full of family fun! It starts out with a delicious pancake breakfast followed by numerous activities. This event will have a children's parade, tornado ride, a trackless train, a Spirit Award ceremony, inflatables, a craft show, a classic car show, and much more!

World's Of Fun

World's of fun is putting on an exciting 4th of July celebration! There will be fanfare to delight, entertainment for everyone, and activities all day long including thrill rides, waves at Ocean's of Fun, and much more. When the nighttime rolls around, be sure to stick around for an impressive display of fireworks complimented by a patriotic soundtrack. Current and past military members get in for FREE.

July 4th At The Farm

All of you with little ones, head of to Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead for their wonderful Independence Day celebration! It's a fantastic way to get the whole family involved with the 4th of July patriotic activities and celebrations. From 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. there will be lawn games, patriotic lessons, and a chalk walk. At 10 a.m.  there will be a pig calling contest and at 11 a.m. there will be a bike parade!

Parked!

Parked! is an annual event that takes place at Stump Park in Shawnee, KS. It is put on by the Shawnee Parks and Recreation department. This night consists of multiple food trucks, music, and fireworks!
There is even a kids zone for all of you out there with little ones. Don't miss this family fun summer event!

Independence Day 1855

Join the Missouri Town staff and volunteers in their traditional Independence Day celebration!
There will be children's games, patriotic speeches, cooking, dancing, militia marches, and many more interactive activities! This events starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. Tickets for adults are only $7. Tickets for children 5-13 and seniors are only $4. Children under 5 get in for free.
