Summer Barbecues
Summer is finally here which means barbecues and neighborhood
parties. With these simple tips, your home can be "summer ready"
in no time at all!
1. Give Your Grill A Deep Clean
When Summer comes around, so do barbecues. Most of us probably haven't used the grill in quite a while so it will definitely be in need of a deep clean! Follow these tips for a spotless, ready to go BBQ grill.
2. Make Sure You Have Enough Seats
Seating is crucial when it comes to parties! You don't want ALL of your guests, or even majority of your guests, to be standing around without a place to sit. This can be a quick fix by simply buying folding lawn chairs or even bringing stools out from inside. If you're having a casual party, you can bring quilts out and have a picnic style gathering!
3. Boost Your Lighting
Lighting can add a nice ambiance to the party when it starts to get darker. String lights, lanterns, and fire pits all work extremely well! For smaller spaces, candles or glass hurricane lamps will do the trick.
4. Add Greenery
Get some "wow" factor with a variety of plants. You can get plants of different heights, shapes, and sizes. Hanging plants work for tight space areas too. Nothing adds a fresh, clean look like beautiful scenery to match the perfect summer party!
5. Get Your Summer Tools Ready
Along with beautiful scenery comes keeping your yard clean and cut. It's time to get out those summer tools (lawn mowers and edgers) to keep your yard looking fresh all summer long.
