Independence Day Festival 

Join Gardner, KS in their Independence Day celebration located at Celebration Park! In years past, they've had big name country performers such as Jarrod Niemann, Chase Bryant, David Nail, Love & Theft, and many more! This year's entertainment line-up will be announced closer to July 4th. Along with entertainment, there will also be food vendors, bounce houses, zip lines, and of course one of the best fireworks displays in the area! Entertainment starts at 3:30 pm and the fireworks start at 10:00 pm.

Smoke on the Trails BBQ Competition

The Smoke on the Trails BBQ competition is a Kansas City Barbecue Society sanctioned event taking place September 10th & 11th, 2021 at Celebration Park. This competition is also a qualifying event for the American Royal World Series of Barbecue competition as well as the Jack Daniels World Championship for 2021. Judging will begin on Saturday, September 11 and a total of $10,000 will be on the line for those competing.

Grand Slam Beer, Wine & Spirits Fest

All you beer, wine & spirits enthusiasts, mark your calendar for Friday, October 2, 2020! The Gardner Parks & Recreation is bringing you this award-winning festival from 7:00 - 10:00 pm. Different Kansas breweries, wineries and distilleries will be at Celebration Park to share their tasteful libations with you. This event is limited to the first 1,000 people who buy their tickets. You will receive a sampling glass and pamphlet with descriptions of all available beverages. Bring your appetite as well because there will be catered appetizers! In addition to all of this, there will be a DJ and yard games.
