4th of July Celebration

The city of Leawood puts on quite the show for 4th of July! Join the community this 4th of July for games, food vendors, music, and of course, fireworks! Don't worry  about parking - free shuttle buses will be running from the west side of Tomahawk Creek Parkway to City Park starting at 10:00 am.  

Ironwoods Park

Iron Woods Park is the park of all parks! It is a 115 acre park that features Camp Ironwoods (4 cabins available to rent), the Ironwoods Challenge Course, the Prairie Oak Nature Center, a wooded walking trail, and the Ironwoods Amphitheater. There is also a shelter, lake,  two open playing fields, and many more amenities which includes a picnic area and barbecue grill.
